Scope

These Terms apply to your use of pepsinbadgeless.com and purchases from Pepsin Badgeless. Review them before ordering. The Payment Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy provide the specific transaction details referred to here. The Privacy Policy separately explains personal-information practices; accepting these Terms is not a substitute for any privacy consent required by law.

Using the store

You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement or have an authorized adult place the order. Provide accurate order and contact information and use only payment methods you are entitled to use. If you create an account, protect its credentials and notify Pepsin Badgeless if you believe someone has accessed it without permission.

Do not use the website to submit fraudulent orders, interfere with checkout or security controls, distribute malicious code, or access another customer's information. Pepsin Badgeless may restrict activity reasonably believed to be fraudulent or harmful, without withholding a refund or other right that is legally owed.

Products and descriptions

Review the product description, dimensions, included items, compatibility information, and any disclosed limitations before ordering. Screen settings may affect displayed color, but this does not excuse a materially inaccurate description or the delivery of the wrong item. Images and descriptions must represent the product being offered; an illustrative image is not a substitute for accurate product information.

Use products according to the instructions and applicable law. No particular manufacturer warranty, certification, performance result, or suitability is promised unless stated in the relevant product information. This does not exclude rights or warranties that apply by law.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. The initial order acknowledgment confirms receipt and does not by itself guarantee availability or acceptance. Pepsin Badgeless accepts the order when it sends the dispatch confirmation, unless it expressly confirms acceptance earlier.

Before acceptance, Pepsin Badgeless may decline an order because an item is unavailable, payment cannot be approved, a material listing error is discovered, or there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud. If money has been collected for an order that is not accepted, it will be refunded. Pepsin Badgeless will not substitute a different product or increase the agreed price without your consent. Price changes apply to future orders and do not retroactively change an accepted order.

A request to change or cancel an order is handled under the Shipping Policy. Product returns and refunds are handled under the Return and Refund Policy. Those policies control their respective topics if a general statement in these Terms is less specific.

Platform and outside services

The store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify processes information involved in visits and purchases so that the storefront and checkout can function. Where Shopify Network Intelligence or related enhanced services are enabled, Shopify may also process information from interactions with this store, other merchants, and Shopify to provide those services. The Privacy Policy explains this relationship and links to Shopify's consumer privacy information. Shopify supplies the platform; the purchase is from Pepsin Badgeless.

Payment networks and carriers perform their respective services, but their involvement does not remove Pepsin Badgeless's responsibility to address order issues under the applicable policies.

Fair use of submitted content

If you send a review, comment, or other material, make sure you have the right to submit it and that it does not disclose someone else's private information. Customer-service messages are not automatically permission to publish a testimonial. Any use of a review is subject to the permission and terms presented when that review is submitted.

Responsibility and disputes

Pepsin Badgeless remains responsible for its obligations under the purchase agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits non-waivable consumer rights. Pepsin Badgeless does not require you to waive access to a court or agree to mandatory arbitration through these Terms.

For an order dispute, email support@pepsinbadgeless.com with the order details and the resolution requested. Pepsin Badgeless will review the matter. Seeking support does not prevent you from using other rights or remedies available to you.

Mississippi law governs these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, together with applicable U.S. federal law. Any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence remain unaffected. These Terms do not impose an exclusive court location that would remove a right you otherwise have.

Changes to these Terms

Future revisions apply from the effective date stated. The terms in effect when an order is placed govern that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with the customer. A provision found unenforceable will be limited or separated only to the extent necessary; the remaining provisions continue to apply.
